(Dec. 29, 2008) -- Fleetwood Enterprises, Inc. has been notified by the NYSE Regulation, Inc. that it is not in compliance with the New York Stock Exchange continued listing standard that requires a listed common stock to maintain a minimum average market capitalization of not less than $25 million over a consecutive 30-trading-day period. Accordingly, the NYSE will suspend trading of the company's common stock effective with the NYSE's opening on Jan. 5, and the company is making the necessary arrangements to ensure that its common stock continues to trade through normal brokerage channels on one of the regular over-the-counter markets.

As recently as September, Prescott owned 1.7 million shares. With 14 percent of Monaco's common stock under its control, Prescott is now the single largest holder of the company's shares.
